Satisfaction! Everyone was very cordial and helpful. She just did it again by providing me with more than I expected in a very positive way. One of the hardest parts of a vehicle purchase is having unwavering trust in the salesperson. I learned I could trust Terri on my first experience and have had her exceed my expectations twice more. Central Buick GMC is the perfect place for her. This was my first buying experience with Central Buick and it won't be my last. They were helpful, forthcoming and there was no gamesmanship my entire purchase experience.
