Because it is around the corner from my home, I’ve been taking my Wrangler here for oil changes, stickers, recalls and one repair for a faulty window regulator. Only once, when Amanda checked me in, did I have a good customer service experience. The other check in agents are sarcastic and condescending. After my last visit last week, I will not be returning to this service center. I would rather drive 30+miles to a service center that believes in good customer service and a good customer experience. These are your front line people, if they don’t know how to treat people, it’s a reflection on your entire dealership and operation. I would not recommend anyone buying a vehicle here or going for service there. More
Unprofessional Sales Manager The sales manager ( I believe his name was Bill) was not professional at all. My current lease was ending in less than 2 months and he refused to take The sales manager ( I believe his name was Bill) was not professional at all. My current lease was ending in less than 2 months and he refused to take my lease back. When my husband told him that we the lease was ending and we were looking to get a NEW CAR- he still refused. We told him we would not do business with him if that was the case. He threw my car keys back at us across the table and told us to "have a nice day." He got up and left abruptly without saying another word. Not exactly how you want to treat customers who are looking to negotiate a deal to give YOU business. The salesman, Cody, that we worked with was absolutely wonderful, but when it came down to the manager, he was far from friendly. The manager called me the next day to ask me if I had "changed my mind" and I was actually on my way to another Jeep dealership to get my new car. I wish I could have given Cody my business but unfortunately his manager was beyond unprofessional and rude and I would rather not give my money to someone like that! More

Purchased a Van while living in another state. I found a van that was a little older than I wanted but it had the few extras that I have been looking for sitting on their lot. After I got through I found a van that was a little older than I wanted but it had the few extras that I have been looking for sitting on their lot. After I got through working with the salesperson the rest of the process was as smooth as it could be. In my experience the back end finance and delivery part of the new vehicle purchasing experience is usually the most challenging. Not this time. I was pleasantly surprised or find yourself surfing the internet and finding a vehicle on their lot do not hesitate. I never test drove the van nor have I ever stepped foot inside the dealership but I would do it again at Central of Norwood! More
