This is my second time leasing from this dealership. They were able to work with me to get me into a new 2020 Cherokee, which I love. The only thing that I wish went smoother was the communication between fi were able to work with me to get me into a new 2020 Cherokee, which I love. I was told by the sales rep to come early one morning to get the car, but then finance told me it wasn’t ready. And I ended up having to wait two more days, which wasn’t very convenient for me. More

Great service, great experience. There is never a wait when I pull in for service. I am welcomed as soon as I pull into the garage and taken right to my service booth immediately. They are honest and extremely up front in service, I always know exactly what they are doing and what it might cost. The wait is minimal and if you need to wait for a longer job the cafe is AWESOME! This was after you had received full payment from us on Wednesday Oct 16. Zenia and Adam Sim (SP) were very responsive, however, and we got the car on Monday the 21st with no problem.
