Right Fit My wife and I were looking for a vehicle and key features that would fit our young family (6 year old, 3 year old, and 1 year old). We knew pretty qu My wife and I were looking for a vehicle and key features that would fit our young family (6 year old, 3 year old, and 1 year old). We knew pretty quickly that we wanted to purchase the Chrysler Pacifica but were unclear on the various models and were open to finding out what would fit us best, while keeping the price reasonable. Our salesperson really took the time to understand our situation and help us figure out which features were key to us. We had thought we might want to include the entertainment package to keep the kids busy for trips and such. It was the perfect opportunity to the salesperson to key onto that and push that package. Instead we got first hand insight about how that feature might sound great, but the kids can't interact with it, especially if they are in car seats. Therefore we were able to rule this out, and not have to spend the extra money on these kinds of features. If we want to we could invest in an ipad/kindle which is portable, can be taken away from the kids, and is much more functional. Bottom line is that we felt like the salesperson had our best interest at hand, and made sure we found the right fit for us, without trying to upsell us. Buying the new vehicle is a big purchase obviously and she had the right approach and ultimately won our business as a result of her insight and knowledge. More

Just go to another dealer and save yourself some agravation I had an appointment to go there to get my lug nuts fixed. I explained to Gabrielle that 1. The locking lug nuts were stuck on the wheels 2. The regul I had an appointment to go there to get my lug nuts fixed. I explained to Gabrielle that 1. The locking lug nuts were stuck on the wheels 2. The regular lug nuts were also stuck and needed to be loosened along with replacing the one my husband tried to take off that got striped and could not be loosened. I showed him the specific one that was striped and said there are extra lug nuts in the front seat along with the locking lug nut key. He said "I will let them know" I waited in the Jeep cafe that was very nice and had a great sandwich and coffee. (The only positive about this place) Another person came out and asked me if I wanted new locking lug nuts because they had to chisel the old ones off. I said yes, and reminded her about the other lug nuts also. When they were "done" I payed 206$ I got in my car and drove home I was looking at the locking lug nut package and noticed all the lug nuts were in the package when if they replaced the one damaged lug nut there should be one missing. I went outside and saw that the never replaced the damaged regular lug nut. I called Gabrielle and he ask me to come back in and didn't know why they didn't do all the work. When I came back a very nice mechanic came out to my car and I explained to him what I needed done. After waiting another hour I was then charged another 72$ For work they were asked to do the first time. I will not ever go back there again. More
