Inasmuch as I was disappointed by the low trade in amount offered by the dealership for my vehicle, I accepted the final purchase price for a new Wrangler and I placed an order. Mark expeditiously responded to my e-mail messages regarding the status of my order. The new Wrangler arrived in less than a month and it was discovered that the hardtop was defective. Thanks to Peter in the Central "Just For Jeeps" department, this issue was quickly resolved. With a few exceptions, the purchasing process went well and Jed in the finance department was also very nice and most helpful. Overall, compared to other car buying experiences I have had during the past forty-five years, my experience at Central Jeep was positive. Recommended. More
