No Loaner Car Available When I scheduled a regular service for my car, I was told a loaner car would be available. When I dropped off my car, there were not loaners available When I scheduled a regular service for my car, I was told a loaner car would be available. When I dropped off my car, there were not loaners available for my particular service (since it would not take very long). I ended up waiting for 1.5 hours, rendering half my day wasted. The service I received at the dealership was great. The problem is, this Jeep location needs to be more transparent when booking service for those requesting loaners. Good thing to know for next time. More

Friendly/Professional/Completed in timely manner. I dropped my Jeep off for a recall on the 2014 Jeep Compass and I also asked for an oil change/clear maintenance light on dashboard/remove and install I dropped my Jeep off for a recall on the 2014 Jeep Compass and I also asked for an oil change/clear maintenance light on dashboard/remove and install rear Patriot plates/install leather Jeep wheel cover. All tasks where completed at no extra charge I only paid $80 which is good for two oil changes and two tire rotations. Amanda and other service staff where very friendly/helpful/professional/knowledgeable/efficient/really just on top of everything and stayed in communication at all times and it only took few hours. Dropped off at 9 am on a Saturday and was ready that day by noon time. So really no complaints and I’ll use that location again in the future, thank you:) More
