Everything went smoothly. I expected the repair to take a couple days, but they were able to diagnose and repair my car in one day. I just wish Shawn had texted me as agreed. However, I also dropped my car off for a recall repair as well that never got done. No one could explain to me why it didnt get done other than it wouldnt be done on Saturday. I had to call on Saturday at 4:45 pm to ask the status of my car and the girl just said I could pick it up by 5. Unfortunately we live exactly 15 minutes away and wouldnt have made it on time. Not a huge deal because I could use my boyfriends car in the meantime but I was without my car from Friday night until late Sunday morning. More

The team not only fit me in initially, but when the news became "bad" (much more time, big price, unexpected rental car & hotel bill), they did an excellent job of explaining the situation, detailing the work required, and committing to a time table. In particular, Pete at the counter was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He even got the service tech to write detailed review for me. I was a walk-in and clearly not a regular. The whole team did a good job, explained bad news professionally, and ultimately solved my problem. It is tremendous to see a well run, professional service operation. More
