I actually enjoy the waiting around I really don’t mind one bit going to, and waiting around this dealership while my truck gets serviced. The service staff is awesome! Lots of people saying hi to you. And I love the friendships that I’ve made with the staff. However.....although there’s a lot of laughter and banter, when it time to do business, they nail it. Professional, to the point, with all the info and explanations you could ask for. Great blend for sure. More

In and out in less than an hour Had airbag recall, set appointment, came in on time. Shawn said could be a couple of hours. Both my insurance company and adjustor they sent out to verify my claim were slow to respond. Shawn Nagle was my service consultant and he kept me in the loop, explaining the next steps, the possible service options. he have me the best case and worst case scenarios. He fixed the car and it runs like a top now! I was really pleased with the service and plan to use Central Fiat for my next six years of service! More
