Awful I have a leak in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I had already been there for the same problem and this time they said they were unable to find the leak! They I have a leak in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I had already been there for the same problem and this time they said they were unable to find the leak! They gave me a loaner wrangler and the radio was aftermarket and it would not shut off with the Jeep! I called Several times and they had no idea how to shut it off either! They called and said my Jeep was ready and that they found no leak and I’m an hour and 1/2 away so I said I would pick up next day. Then the next morning I get in the loaner Jeep and it won’t start thank god my husband was home and put it on a jumper pack. I called the dealership and told them and that after a half hour it finally started and I was very nervous to drive such a distance with an unreliable car! They said if you break down don’t call them call roadside assistance number in the glove box! They couldn’t be bothered! I said I will not be getting fuel In case it would t start again. Plus I wasn’t given a full tank to start and the Jeep was so filthy I didn’t feel bad about not putting gas in it! I think I will be going to my local Jeep from now on! Not worth my time driving such a distance for xxxxty service! More

Shawn in the service department is amazing. Shawn has helped me twice now, and both times on these separate occasions, he has been seriously outstanding.
