Couldn’t even handle oil change/tire rotation Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Took 2 hrs. When I got approx 7 miles from dealership tire pressure gauge came in- they rotated tires but didn’t adjust the pressure so my rear tires were at 65 when they should have been 80 psi while my fronts were 80 and should have been 65 psi. Drove back and waited another 1/2 hr for them to adjust psi. 4 days later still smelled oil and checked engine....no oil cap. I looked the next day when lighting was better and found cap on front of engine area sitting in a round hole. I guess the tech took it off and stored it there and then forgot to put it back on. Returned again And told service rep what happened and where I found the cap. I told her that I wanted the engine steamed, fluid level checked and wheel lugs checked as I had no confidence in anything that was done to my truck. 1-1/2 hr later told truck was all set. She told me that oil level checked/added oil. I asked about the wheel lugs and she never wrote that on the slip so it wasn’t done. Had them take truck back in and waited another 1/2 hr. She told me that service manager was advised of issues I had and would contact me....that was like 3 weeks ago....phone hasn’t rang..... More

However, this excitement di We got a brand new jeep wrangler unlimited on June of 2016. That was our second jeep and we were thrilled for our new car. However, this excitement didn't last long, About 3 months into our lease it rained and the car started to leak on the driver and front passenger doors. This wasn't just a little drip here and there but there were puddles approximately 1-2 inches deep on the floor mats of each side. We took the car back to a nearby dealership hoping they would be able to fix the issue but sadly they were not. After another try at that dealership and being told we would have to pay the next time we brought it back, we decided to take it to get serviced at Central since that's where we started. We brought the car to Central to try and fix that specific issue about 6 times. We also over the short period of time of our lease our GPS would have moments where it would time out and not work properly, our TPM indicator went on after a very cold bout of days and even after bringing it to the dealership mins after leaving the lot it went on again and lastly a mysterious cracking/rattling noise coming from behind the dash area which I had to drive down just to take the tech out on a drive to duplicate the noise. Even after that the tech still had a challenging time duplicating the noise but eventually was able to. We were told it was fixed but the moment I left the lot the sound was there and continues to be there to this day. All of these issues but none were resolved. Not only was the issue not resolved but we got the impression that no one really cared that we were having this issue with our brand new jeep. For a company that prides itself on customer service you would think that after seeing the same customer almost visit over a short period of time for the same issue you would interject and try to come to a resolution or at least get them in touch with someone who can. This didn't happen once. Each visit to the dealership represents a 2 hour commute there and back, hours missed at work, gas money to drive down there, days and sometimes weeks of having to use a rental car while it was being serviced and not to mention the ridiculous monthly payment we are already dishing out for the lease payment. Once we decided that trying to return the car was our best option we looked to Central to help us, since they sold us the car. You would think a company would want to stand behind their product. We drove down there and walked away feeling like what we had been experiencing was insignificant. We were offered to pay another service visit but after months of visits why would we want to keep going through that? We wanted to work something out that would enable us to walk away with no leaky car but they gave us no viable options, only ones that worked in their best interest. More

I have had consistently poor service: never fixing things the first time, trying to charge me for items under warranty, and telling me I need things I don't. The service department managers are sneaky, uncooperative and disagreeable. For example, I had a cracked side view mirror and they told me I needed the entire assembly for $650. They couldn't do the work right away so I walked down the hallway to their parts department and discovered that I could buy the mirror for $175 and was able to easily replace it myself. Another example: My Check Engine light lit intermittently. They told me at 10,000 miles and again at 22,000 miles that it was because I overfilled the gas tank. I said I didn't ever do that and they said just to ignore it unless it stays on for several days. When it did, at 45,000, they refused to cover the repair. I have changed dealerships More

Brought it back when the same problem presented itself just a month later! They claimed that the recall had been dealt with and that any further work would be out of pocket, even though it's throwing the SAME code as before. I advise anyone to stay far away from Central Chrysler! More
