Had an appointment to drop my vehicle off because the last row seat wouldn't come up. I expected it would be there a few days, but Amanda said wait a few minutes, she was going to have a technician look last row seat wouldn't come up. She lied to me telling me they worked on my car all day when in fact the mechanic's report states he worked on it for about 2 hrs which included a test drive which it didn't need.
