Disappointing With the invisible spread of COVID-19, I am very cautious about any interaction. That being said, there are documented COVID-19 protocols every where (hand sanitizer, social distancing, masks, etc.) for any activity. However, there was just the one sign at the entrance of the service department about a mask requirement. No other notices of how I would be protected or my car sanitized after service was completed. Even the behind the glass people were not wearing masks and not always 6 feet a part from one another. When I went to get into my Jeep, the windows were up, and again, no indication of any sanitization procedure had taken place Since I was primarily going in for a recall and noted it as part of the online scheduling form a week out, I was disappointed to get a phone call 7 hours after my car was dropped off that not all the required recall parts were in stock. Thus, requiring another appointment, once the parts are back in stock. Finally, even though I had a dealer supplied coupon for a oil change and tire rotation - and noted it on my online service appointment - and provided it the service associate, it was not properly recorded when the bill was printed (a difference of over $25). Fortunately, I carefully reviewed the bill, between receiving it at the service desk and walking to the cashier. At which point they had to look it up online and then reprint the bill.
