We recently went to Central Fiat with a problem with the car radio. We saw Shawn, who we always see and ask for. Shawn is highly responsive, easy to deal with, and very willing to explore a problem that may not have an easy answer. Shawn got the problem resolved on the first try - the radio needed to be replaced. He made sure that we knew the timeframe for completion, and that it worked for us.
We have a total of three Fiats. Two were purchased at Central Fiat. We like Fiats, but what we really like is that the servicing of our cars is reliably good at Central Fiat. This matters. A new car is ultimately only as good as the service it receives. With Shawn directing the service and repairs, we feel pretty confident in that regard.
