Extremely inconvenient. Took vehicle in for an oil change appointment. Was told when I arrived that they would need to keep the vehicle for up to 5 days. Had to take an Uber to a very busy hotel to get the rental car. Picking up my vehicle was delayed multiple times. I had to call at 7pm to get an update after telling me the vehicle would be ready that afternoon. Josh said he forgot to text me and I would have to pick it up the following morning because they were closing. The following morning I went to pick it up and they told me the keys were locked in a tech's toolbox and wouldn't be available until after noon More
