A little unhappy this visit!! I’m on my 3rd Ram and have been coming here for sales and service for the past 11-12 years. This was by far the worst service experience I’ve had here I’m on my 3rd Ram and have been coming here for sales and service for the past 11-12 years. This was by far the worst service experience I’ve had here. I’m used to the pace being a little slow, but I don’t mind that too much because the work is thorough and I only ever take my trucks to the dealer. This time I had an 9:20 appt. I had to wait until just abt 10 before I was seen. Geo the service associate was nice, I have no issue with him. I needed a new battery(another story), oil change and tire rotation. 1-1.5 hours is what I figured. At 12 no one had done anything to my truck, Geo was busy with another customer so I asked another guy what was taking so long with my truck. We went into the shop for a few, then came back and said Geo was going to go check on it for me. I go back to the waiting room and finally I see activity around my truck. Hour or so later it’s done. I pay, the porter washes it and pulls it around. I go to get in and my wheel lock isn’t in the truck, ask the porter, he goes to find it. I am always confident in the service and never check the work. I looked at my bill and there is no Saftey check attached. I decide to pop the hood while waiting for the porter to come back, my battery cover is missing, the grey material around the battery is torn and not replaced, I can tell by the dust under the hood and on the caps that my fluids may not have been filled, sure enough they aren’t. Now I’m pissed because I just dropped $288 and the work was not completed. I know your standard is to have a second tech verify that all the work was completed. Obviously it was not. Needless to say, I do not have a high level of confidence that all the other work was completed correctly. My saftey sheet is a generic print out and not the form I am accustomed to receiving. More
