Customer service Came in just for an oil change. $70 and left with an estimated repair work for my truck close to $3000. Nobody likes to fork out that kind of cash this time of year however Teri was so great in explaining and showing me the things that was wrong with my truck. I’ve been bringing my truck here for a few years now and this is the first time I’ve had someone care for my safety. Yes I will b back early next week for repairs. Thank you Teri More

Service Dept I arrived for my 9am appt and stood outside for at least 10 minutes before a service advisor asked me if I needed help. It was then that the advisor I arrived for my 9am appt and stood outside for at least 10 minutes before a service advisor asked me if I needed help. It was then that the advisor let me know that it would be at least 1.5hrs before they would get to my oil change because there were several cars ahead of me, I then asked them what is the purpose of an appt as I expected to be taken in at my appt time. The advisor had no real reason as to what having an appointment meant at this dealership. I proceeded with waiting for my car to be serviced. While I waited I noticed that there was a cafe so I went over to see if I could get something to eat only to find that the crew decided not to show up that day and when I asked if anyone would be manning the cafe, no one really had an answer. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a service dept. More
