Completed the Job But Did not Respect My Time Came in for an oil change and for repair of an instrument panel trim piece. 2.5 hours later, I was told that new rear tires were recommended (which w Came in for an oil change and for repair of an instrument panel trim piece. 2.5 hours later, I was told that new rear tires were recommended (which were not in stock) and the interior trim pieces along with the tires would not be available until the next day and I would be given a loaner. I asked if the oil change had been done (because of Express Lane) and was told that it would also be handled the next day. The question then immediately comes to mind why wasn’t the oil changed in the first 30 minutes, the tire recommendation and the trim parts status verified in the next 30 minutes and I am on my way back home in my own vehicle in an hour? I could then return to the dealership when the parts and the mechanic are available in my own vehicle. Instead, I leave in a loaner (which has 45 minutes processing time), I return the next day to a vehicle with new tires and part of the trim pieces replaced and I still have to return to the dealership this Friday to complete the trim work. I have no doubt the work will be done properly but I need people who respect my time. I live 35 minutes from the dealership and a round trip alone exceeds an hour. More

Actual service great..communication to schedule terrible I bought insurance for windshield repair through the dealer. When I go to use the insurance nobody knows anything about it, how I use it and fail to I bought insurance for windshield repair through the dealer. When I go to use the insurance nobody knows anything about it, how I use it and fail to return phone calls. It took me almost six months to get a windshield repaired. However, once I was there to get the work done, as usual, the work and service was great. Justin Perry is awesome!! More

Was refered to Eli who was very cordial and understandin, he worked around my schedule to accomodate my needs for an appointment on the same day I called. When I arrived, Eli arranged for me to have a rental until they could figure out thw problem to the car’s A/C and called me the next day with an update as well as the second day when I was able to pick up my car.. He also informed of other details that needed some attention on the car. More

They take good care of you and your vehicle. In for service on our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Ha Nguyn was my service writer and he took good care of me. However, the cost to replace engine air fil In for service on our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Ha Nguyn was my service writer and he took good care of me. However, the cost to replace engine air filter and cabin air filter were very high at $60 each for parts and install. The dealer retail part price is about $15 for each so $45 to install (including tax) parts that take less than 5 minutes is a bit much. Make the prices more realistic and you will get a lot more work! More

Not completely happy I have done my oil change here many times. This time it was not a good experience. They spilled oil all over my engine which it made it smoke a lot wh I have done my oil change here many times. This time it was not a good experience. They spilled oil all over my engine which it made it smoke a lot when I drove out. I had to bring back, then the oil person supposedly clean it.... then a few days later my engine light comes on. Come to find out my o2 sensor is bad.. which means other 4 hours at the dealership to replace the sensor.... More
