I brought my 2013 Tundra in on 5/1/2025 for them to replace a broken navigation screen. When I placed the service appointment, I provided them with the vehicle VIN and the model of the navigation scre replace a broken navigation screen. When I dropped off the vehicle on 5/1, I signed as the responsible party to pay for the screen. While this was an insurance item, I was taking responsibility for payment. At that time, they did not discuss that the payment needed to be made in advance. I called on 5/5 to get the status of the vehicle. I talked to Maggie Nero. She could not tell me if the part was even ordered yet and could not provide me with an ETA. She said her parts manager was out and could not give me a status. I did mention on 5/5 that the check from the insurance was sent to me which she was ok with. I called again on 5/7 and she still said her parts manager was out and could not tell me if the part was even ordered. On 5/8, I finally got a call from Gonzalo Gstolaza and said that the part was not ordered because payment in full was needed first. I explained that I signed the authorization in advance for the part which he agreed should not have mattered and apologized that the part was not ordered. I attempted to call Steven Varella, the service manager 2x, but never received a call back. I would avoid this dealer at all costs. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and their record keeping system is manual at best. When you walk into the service area, you will see 20 - 40 people waiting to pick up their cars, which is an indication of their poor service. They had all the information they needed when I placed the service to order the part. They could have told me they needed money up front when I dropped off the truck, which I would have gladly done. However, given their poor customer service, team member training and poor record keeping, they never ordered the part and held onto my truck for 8 days until I got a clear explanation. More
