I had a great experience with Central Florida Toyota. I had been looking for a New FJ Cruiser for over a month. I had been working with several other Toyota dealers over the internet from Orlando to Jackso had been looking for a New FJ Cruiser for over a month. I had been working with several other Toyota dealers over the internet from Orlando to Jacksonville and had also visited some of them in person. I was misled by David Maus Toyota into thinking they were going to give me a better deal than they had previously offered a couple of weeks earlier. After driving over 30 miles I was told that their last offer was their final offer. I asked to speak to David Maus, was given the run around so I called and left a message on his voicemail.....still have yet to hear from him. Probably the best thing that they did, because I would have spent more money. Only one attempt was made to call me back so I took my business to Central Florida Toyota. They lived up to every promise they offered from expected delivery of my new FJ Cruiser, to having the best price that was offered to me with many more upgrades than I was offered at other dealers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. More

Pros:Sales Consultant was great and would recommed him to others. Cons:It took much too long to process the paper work to take possesion of my new car(almost 2 hours.The most I ever spent with other others. I had the pleasure of meeting Mark Silva and purchasing a car from him at Central Florida Toyota. While I was just "shopping" trying to decide what type of vehicle I wanted, Mark was very patient. There was a courtesy call to follow up from my initial visit and answer questions but no high pressure during my visits or phone calls. I felt he treated me very fairly and with great respect. In turn, he quickly earned my respect. When I was ready to purchase, I left feeling that I received a wonderful car at a price that was very fair. Everyone at the dealership could not have been kinder or more helpful during the shopping process, the purchase, and even after the purchase. I have taken my car to the service department a couple of times and had a good experience. That purchase was 2 years ago. Now, my husband is looking for a new or possibly pre-owned vehicle. The first place we went is to Mark Silva at Central Florida Toyota. That was yesterday 5/29/10. Mark is still the same wonderful person we got to know 2 years ago. In my opinion, he had and still has all of the qualities you could want in a salesman. He is kind,knowledgable,not high pressure,and very honest with his customer. His salesmanship and customer service has and continues to exceed my expectations as a customer.
