David Zupofska was great, he never made us feel rushed or pushed and the trade in of our 2004 Toyota for the new one went smooth as silk and really took no time at all. In fact, I think we spent more time on which color to get than anything. We have all of our service done at Central Florida Toyota for both cars, Sam is our service advisor and always takes good care of us. Our journey: I called Central Orlando Toyota late on Sunday evening around 6 pm and Mark Silva answered the phone. I explained what I was looking for and how much I could afford. He politely said he would check his inventory and call me back. We had a couple conservations (after his normal working hours-example of employee's dedication :-) and settled on a car to see the next day. Well,the short story is he found the car I wanted at the price I could afford. We came into the dealership to purchase the car on Monday. While I was at the dealership processing the paperwork I realized I forgot some speakers for my laptop ( I work as a recruiter) and within 30 minutes Jay Amaro and Avery Springette step in and provided me speakers to use while I was there..... Great examples of customer service and going the extra mile.. Even the finance, Tom Finance Manager, was great - he took to time to inform us our our options... I didn't have the opportunity to meet the crew in the garage area but I can only imagine that they work with the same professionalism that I was experiencing with the rest of the staff.. Overall - We had a great experience.... If you are looking for a new or previously car - do yourself a favor and call Mark Silva, you will save yourself a lot of time and frustration with the other guys who worry more about their sales volume then you the customer... Ron was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the car. I received a quote from the dealer online and received that same offer for the car quoted while I was there.
