After having searched for my dream car I found it at CFT. Worked with Ed Pearson, from the moment I stepped into the dealer to the moment I left I was treated with respect and got all my questions answered. Ed was honest and very knowledgeable on the vehicle I went to purchase. I've had my vehicle now for a few months and I'm not regreting the purchase. Ed is a great team player there and if I may add, a GREAT ASSET TO CFT. All my friends and family know WHO they need to go see next time they are in search of a new/used car. AWESOME JOB ED! More

I was going to different dealers today by the time i got to the toyata scion it was the third dealer, as soon as I got thorough the door david had asked me if I had been helped and he was absolutely wonderf to the toyata scion it was the third dealer, as soon as I got thorough the door david had asked me if I had been helped and he was absolutely wonderful from that point on I have absolutely nothing negative to say he was absolutely friendly he took me on a great test ride and he told me all the information that i wanted to know. before I got to the toyata i had a bad experience with the 2 dealers I went to before, all the sales men just talked to me about the financial things and neither of them even showed me any cars. David has been the nicest sales person I have ever met just cause of him I will definately be back to toyata Scion with some friends. More

On Christmas Eve my son and I were hit while sitting at a red-light. After weeks of going back and forth with the insurance company my beloved 2005 Vibe was totaled. I was devastated and not ready to buy another car. I walked on to Central Florida Toyota Scion dealership dreading the process of acquiring a car. Wow!!! Once again Alex Cortes has assisted us even 2 1/2 months after our purchase. My wife was getting an indication on her instrument panel that she did not understand. I was away at the time so she called M after our purchase. My wife was getting an indication on her instrument panel that she did not understand. I was away at the time so she called Mr. Alex Cortes at Central Florida Toyota to ask the question. My wife was near the dealership so Alex asked her to drop by. Alex took a look and recognized it was the low tire pressure indicator. He explained this to my wife, showed her the information on how to take care of this issue and then he filled up the tires for her. In all my life I have not seen or heard of a salesman/dealership taking such good care of their customers. This, as I have said before was a full 2 1/2 months after the sale. I do not know what type of training Central Florida Toyota gives its employees, but they would not be mistaken if they used Alex Cortes as an example of excellent customer service to all their potential and current customers. He truly does exceed allcustomer needs and requirements. Alex Cortes and Central Florida Toyota are the top of my list for recomendations to my friends and co workers for all their auto needs. More

If I had to rate Ron on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the highest), I would give him a 10. The majority of our discussions regarding the purchase of my 2011 Camry consisted of telephone conversations. We were able to identify vehicles which would fit my requirements and price constraints. The one day that Ron and I met face to face only involved some last minute bottom line negotiations. This particular buying experience was not like any other that I had recently experienced. I was completely satisfied with this purchase, and I would hope that Ron is rewarded (both monetarily and in other appllicable ways) for his involvement in this purchase. I would highly recommend him to any friend who is in the market for a new (or used) car. I might add that the other employees involved with my purchase were courteous and very accomodating. More

Todd Lyons was most helpful, very knowledgable about the model I was interested in and never made me feel pressured. He did his best to get me the best deal possible. In fact, when I began shopping in late December, even though Central Florida Toyota did not have the model and color I wanted, Todd kept in touch and notified me when the vehicle became available.
