That was probably what we appreciated most about Alex — he wasn’t pushy at all. Buying a car can already be stressful, and he gave us the time and space we needed while still being there whenever we had questions. It genuinely felt like he wanted to help us find the right car rather than simply make a sale. We also had a great experience with our Finance Manager, Oscar Velázquez. He was friendly, professional, and helped make the final part of the purchase process smooth and easy to understand.
