UPDATE What an awful place. I have purchased 3 cars from these people and I will never again. The service has declined a lot. I made an appt and made sure I asked if the part was in stock and they said yes. I took time off of work and the part was gone. Then the manager leaves me waiting for an answer and never returns. I had the advisor call him to come and face me and he can only talk to me from the advisors phone. Then he implies that I call the wrong number when they told me the part was available. They treat people like we are stupid. Just think! How did I call the wrong number and got the appt at the right dealer. Manager is not qualified to deal with people specially when he attempts to insult people’s intelligence. So disgusted I had once given them a 5 stars but after a few years that has changed. They take too many clients each day. I make an appointment for oil change and wait for almost 3 hours. WITH AN APPT. I had purchased a Gold sort of extended warranty and when I asked what it covers, the consultant tells me in a sarcastic way: ohh gold is the lowest level. It only covers major parts and there is $100 deductible for each repair”. I have to look for my paperwork, but I pretty sure that is not what I bought. In any case, if it is, it is. What bothers me a lot is the little regard they seem to have for the Client’ time. Last time I go there even if I have to drive a little more. More
