I know it's not, that's why you need to negotiate. But they completely have "0" knowledge about negotiations. Of course I left to other dealership lol, who knows how to talk the "price". When I left they start calling me about discount, lol. You had to do it while I was in the office not when I already sitting in another dealership; 2) Weird action of hiding the names, lol. When I talk to salesperson Edwin, came up other guy I guess was a manager, who also doesn't know how to speak/negotiate with a customers. So after I left I asked the Edwin what's was others guys name, he said he cannot tell me that. I told him, that I'm not even willing to negotiate the price if he hiding the names, he simply said ok. Lol, such a horrible sales acts. Not recommending this place! More

This is my 8th car from Toyota, and the reason why I always go back to them is because “CUSTOMER SERVICE” is always excellent. Last night Mr. Ed Pearson helped us and his customer service was on point, always go back to them is because “CUSTOMER SERVICE” is always excellent.
