We tried contacting him numerous times by phone and email about correcting his error, and all of our attempts went unanswered. At the time of this review, the general manager has ignored our request for help as well. Central Florida Toyota Scion must think their customer service ends when the customer drives off of their lot. More
About sales person Andres Avila Sales person Andres Avila was nice and Good before sold the car,When I called him his cell number he received right way.But after sold the car I calle Sales person Andres Avila was nice and Good before sold the car,When I called him his cell number he received right way.But after sold the car I called him so many time but he not received or call back.after that I went to service center with my car issue Friday June 14 .Service man told me I need to talk with sales person Andres then I went inside the office and asked front desk about Andres, the lady told me Andres off. Next day Saturday I called Andres but he not received my call then I called Toyota number and asked about Andres and talk with him and make an appointment with him Sunday 5.30 But I reached over there 5 and receipsonist lady told me Andres is in Vacation.Then she called and introduced with sales manager Jose,I put compliment about Andres he replied it’s ok your issue we can not solve,Our duty only sell no any solve any talk with service section or or Toyota.com After that I put request to talk with director ,he told me you can not with office.you go through service or Toyota.com I guess he was angry with me.Then go back home Today morning I called to Toyota office for talk with director but the lady asked my number and after few moments she replied director Daniel today day off.So I had a bad luck I couldn’t reach with big boss.My issue is as it.I have questions about Andres,Service and Jose ,they push me to each other. He was Friendly, Courteous, extremely Knowledgeable and treated me with Respect. During the service to my car, he keep me informed as to where they were, in the repair process. bad salesmanship first of all i would like to say that i was a used car manager for many years so i'm not just babbling for the fun of it...sales team here(maybe just first of all i would like to say that i was a used car manager for many years so i'm not just babbling for the fun of it...sales team here(maybe just weekend staff) are totally out of control..after receiving follow-up call from a question about availability on cargurus about a car advertised...first the salesman acted like he had no idea who i was and what i was taking about...he sent me the email...then he didn't know what his own name was(Manny) come to find out..had no idea about anything...tried to sell me something i didn't inquire about then after asking for a manager he started arguing with me.....probably not the best sales tactic...so i hang up...call different salesperson who had also sent me an email...he at least knew what i was talking about...said he would check and call me right back...4hrs. ago..not such a good sales tactic either...something about this place is not right...sorry to say...good luck if you buy here More
Best New Car Experience Ever We live in Winter Garden and being new to the area we went to Toyota of Clermont and what a jerk around we received. After 2 hours their salesman shook my hand on a deal and then the managers reneged the deal. We went to Central Florida and within 30 minutes we negotiated our new car deal. Everyone working there was great, from our salesman to the finance, top notch treatment. We saved $70 a month on our new car payment. Anyone living in Clermont or Winter Garden should know its worth the trip to Central Florida Toyota. I moved from NJ and let me tell you they were excellent. More
