Horrible Experience Went thinking about buying a car and when I get there, the sales rep can't find the keys. Then I go to the car and the sales rep, Bill F, says that the car had a 3 point inspection. The car looks bad enough and then it doesn't even start. How do you do a 3 point inspection with the car not being able to start? On top of that, I ask if they knew that the car didn't start and he says nothing. Then as I head off, he doesn't ask for me to see any other cars similar to that type or anything of that nature or try to sell me the car for a cheaper price like a salesman should. I would never recommend this dealer. More

Wow! What a fantastic vehicle buying experience. I have been trying to purchase a van for the last 3 months and nothing seemed to work out, until I came across Central Florida Toyota. From the moment Farrukh and Todd reached out to me regarding the van I was interested in, I knew this experience was going to be fantastic. Their selling approach is peaceful, not in the slightest bit pushy and both gentlemen are super fast at responding to any question you may have. I bought my new 2015 Toyota Sienna two days after our first interaction and feel like I got a fabulous deal on their vehicle and an awesome price for my trade. I recommend this dealership, Mr. Lyons and Mr. Mughal most highly to anyone looking to actually enjoy the vehicle purchasing experience. I know if any issues pop up down the road, I can reach out to either of these gentlemen and I'll be treated with the same respect and care I received the first day I got in touch with them. Worst. Experience. Ever. Purchased an E63 Mercedes online. The sales staff completely mislead me about the condition of the car. When it arrived I found rear fender damage that was not disclosed, the tires were legally bald (the sales person promised that they were close to new), and the air suspension from the factory is missing completely. They never sent a temporary plate, and it took FOUR months and dozens of un-returned calls/emails before I received the paperwork i needed to register the car. I made the fourth payment before I could legally drive the car. I have owned over thirty vehicles, and this was by far the worst buying experience of my life. More

Begging to buy a car??? I went in with full intention of buying the brand new 4runner/highlander I wanted, the vehicle showing was fine, but when we got to the working the de I went in with full intention of buying the brand new 4runner/highlander I wanted, the vehicle showing was fine, but when we got to the working the deal part it got interesting! first the salesman comes back with a paper with ridiculous numbers (I know they have bills to pay, but come on), then it came the ridiculous $799 low jack. Why would you need it on a regular truck? A Ferrari maybe and I would think twice about it, the salesman got mad and didn't let me write in the deal paper, I had to beg him to go talk to his manager with my counter offer, I asked him to bring the manager and he refused said he was eating, etc, after begging him to tell the manager my offer I was ok with it, went ahead and started getting official numbers and then got to a certain point about the trade payoff and I had gotten it ahead, they refused to honor it, then I proposed to take down credit and do a tentative deal while the bank opened next day, nope didn't bother......so I assumed my bussiness was much more appreciated elsewhere where I got the keys to my brand new 4Runner in just 45 min =] and it was all done thru the phone online...this kind of dealerships give Toyota a bad rep More
