My boyfriend and I came to find out about possibly getting into a Certified Pre-Owned Corolla that I had seen online. At first it was difficult to locate the vehicle, but Eddie went above and beyond searching the entire lot until he found the exact one I was interested in, and let us take it for a test drive. He was so helpful in explaining the financing as well, and helped us out despite not having the best credit. I sent an e-mail asking for another key for the car after we bought it because we only received one with the purchase, and was e-mailed back with pricing details. Eddie then followed up a few weeks later, saying he had a spare key available at no additional cost and held it for us until we were able to stop by to pick it up. A+ customer service. The finance guy we met with after Eddie (I forgot his name, sorry) was also very helpful in explaining the warranty information as well as the additional warranty details that we were wanting to add on. Overall a very pleasant, easy and helpful experience. More

He promised some email with information about a couple of cars and I had the information in a very timely manner. He was great at his follow up without being “pushy”. I found him to be not only an experienced, very knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely warm hearted sales person, but one who sincerely wanted to help me as a customer, whether or not I bought from him. He really took the time to explain all of the major features of the car and was very open about what he could and could not do for me as a customer. If you have time ask him for a good joke! More
I traded my 2005 Toyota Avalon and got a new 2012 Toyota Camry LE. What a great experience I had!!! Mr. Wilson and Mr. Payamps went way beyond their call of duty to get me the best deal for my trade and the Camry LE. What a great experience I had!!! Both were very extremely nice and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I would say that this was the best experience I had buying a car. We made an appointment with Eddie Hodges who immediately handed us over to Tyrone, Mr. T,(cute name, huh?). We told him what car we wanted and exactly what we wanted it to include. He gave us a paper with a price, no details, not even the name Toyota on it. In the past we've been give an extensive list, with prices, of exactly what we're ordering. We gave a substantial downpayment with the promise that they could get us the car within a few days. Todd Lyons was brought in to see us before we left. To make a long story short, they got a car, but not the one we ordered and tried to make us take that car! When my husband complained and asked for our money back, Tyrone said, and I quote, "Toyota is a billion dollar company and doesn't need your money.!" We will NEVER buy a car from Central FL Toyota again. More
I live 200 miles from this dealership but found a car I was very interested in on their website. Thomas called me and discussed the car at length, answered questions I had. He arranged with Todd's help to email me papers to hold the car and to expedite the sale if I did purchase when I came to the dealership. I came, I saw, I bought and they made it very easy and pleasant(unlike dealers I had visited in my area). Thomas spent time with me to explain use of features I was not familiar with and even called me on my drive home to tell me I had left my garage door opener in my old car and he was driving to my area that evening and would bring it and arrange to meet up with me if I wanted hime to. I had other openers so was not necessary but I was VERY impressed that he offered to go out of his way to help. This just does not happen much anymore so he gets 5 stars from me as a customer. More
I went to do my 15k mile service on my camry. What a mistake! I live close to the place, so I usually don't make an appointment...and that's the only reason why I still visited the place! I show up, I already know the service dep. Will take care of their appts first, so I wait for my turn. What I wasn't expecting was to be completely ignored! Along with another 2 ppl who didn't have an appt. The service advisors were inside talking to each other just looking at us, and sometimes laughing! I was hoping that when they were done with their appts, they would actually come around to help us! ....not the case. The manager Mr. Smith came around a couple of times, a pretended there was nobody there while the 'service advisors' were inside just yapping away at daily gossip! I understand you want to teach ppl a lesson to make an appt; but ignoring ppl, mistreating them, or not doing the job altogether is just foul. When I first went in for my 5k mile check up, they were supposed to check my tire pressure, and rotate my tires; not even a week later my low tire pressure indicator turns on!!! Obviously nobody checked my tire pressure! Or probably even bothered to rotate my tires, they're new anyways....these ppl suck! I bought my cars at toyota of Orlando, because the sales ppl here told me 'you don't look like you qualify to buy a new Tundra, and and new Camry, that we should look at a used ford F150; they're great trucks' ...Toyota of Orlando seemed to think different, and went on to sell me the cars I wanted! So I come by for service, not because of good/friendly service, but because they're close to my house!!! I will from now on make the trip to toyota of Orlando, and hopefully not get treated like I'm annoying them over a freaking Oil change!!! More
The experience was great. It was an excellent customer service provided by the David & Brooks. We did not felt like we were being force to purchase a car. David & Brooks are very professional. Kudos to Central Florida Toyota for having these two gentlemen.
