I am not the easiest to deal with when it comes to making a large purchase. When I contacted Central Fl Toyota, i received prompt responses and i contacted them multiple times! Every time, my calls were returned promptly with the answers to my questions. Not only that, Thomas Wilson also replied to every e-mail with detailed information. He even sent pictures of my 2011 4Runner Limited when it arrived. This is my second 4Runner Limited purchase from CFT in the last 1.5 years. I will absolutely call them again when i am in the market for another Toyota. Love them. They made the purchasing process so easy. Everything was in order. I was in and out in about an hour. All extras i asked to be installed were done so perfectly. All options i asked to be removed were done so perfectly as well. Kudos to Thomas. In a world where nothing is ever easy - he made this purchase seem like a walk in the park.
