I HAD ORIGINALLY GONE TO THE DEALERSHIP IN RESPONSE TO A RECALL ON MY TOYOTA SR5.WHILE WAITING I SPOKE TO ZIGGY WHO ENCOURAGED ME TO CONSIDER TRADING MY CAR.AT FIRST I HAD NO INTEREST IN TRADING AND TOLD HI RECALL ON MY TOYOTA SR5.WHILE WAITING I SPOKE TO ZIGGY WHO ENCOURAGED ME TO CONSIDER TRADING MY CAR.AT FIRST I HAD NO INTEREST IN TRADING AND TOLD HIM SO.HE SUGGESTED THAT I BORROW A CAMRY SE TO TAKE HOME WHILE MY SR5 WAS BEING WORKED ON,THAT DID IT !I LIKED THE CAMRY AND WHEN I RETURNED IT TO THE DEALERSHIP,WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE AND VERY PROFESSIONALLY HE CONVINCED ME TO DO THE TRADE.HE INTRODUCED ME TO HIS MANAGER WHO WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO DEAL WITH AND WE FINALLY CLOSED THE DEAL.ALTHOUGH I HAD ORIGINALLY BOUGHT MY SR5 FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP,THEY HAD LEFT ME VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR BEHAVIOUR AND IT WAS FOR THAT REASON ,THAT FROM DAY ONE I HAD MY CAR SERVICED FOR 5 YRS AT THE CENTRAL FL. DEALERSHIP INSTEAD.DURING THOSE 5 YRS,I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANYBODY I DEALT WITH,THEIR SERVICE WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY,EFFICIENT AND REASONABLE.THIS EXPERIENCE HELPED ME DECIDE TO BUY THERE ALSO.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BUY THERE AND ASK FOR ZIGGY TO MAKE THEIR EXPERIENCE AS GOOD AS MINE WAS.THANK YOU ZIGGY ! With Marc, I did the whole deal over the phone and everything was the way they said it would be when I came in. No price changes, unwanted accessories that were added on, hidden fees, etc. I came in the dealership with my guard up but when I left, I realized that was completely unnecessary. I would recommend this dealership to Orlando residents or if you are looking for a Scion. Even if they don't have the Scion you are looking for, I'm sure that they could find it for you, and then you won't have to deal with all the games other dealers play. More
