This time when we went in Dave Z. meet us out front and ask how he could help. We told him we were looking for a used truck, he took us and showed us the one they had, it was white , that was not the color for us he asked have you considered a new truck, We said we can't afford a new one,He said let me show you this one and give you a price , you think about it and let me know. We pulled out the drive about half way , talked about it and backed-up and told him we would take it. We had researched on the internet looking for a Toyota dealership that would have good reviews in the Orlando area. We found Central Florida Toyota-Scion and looked like a good place to go looking for our dealership that would have good reviews in the Orlando area. We found Central Florida Toyota-Scion and looked like a good place to go looking for our new cars according to customer reviews on the internet. We went there looking for two 2008 used cars and and we feel that John really took care of us, he is very professional, he takes the time to go look at all the cars that you want to look at the lot, we drove the cars that we liked and at the end John was able to get us a great price for both vehicles. After we drove back home my wife noticed something that she didn't like on one of the cars and we tried to call John but he was gone for the day already, we spoke to the receptionist and we thought that was going to be the end of it. To our surprise she had taken the time to call John and tell him what had happened. John called us the following morning and after talking to him about the issue he asked me to bring the car back and that they would take care of it. I have to say I was very positively surprised by this. I took the car back and they took care of everything and both cars are great now. Everyone was very nice and the whole experience was the best car buying experience that we have ever had topped off by a great customer service. We will go back to Central Florida Toyota-Scion whenever we need a new car in the future and will also recommed this dealer to our friends and family but specially we will be looking to buy our next car from John Rosario; John, we feel you really went above and beyond of what a good sales person would have ever done to take care of us and we thank you for that. We walked in to the dealership with some trepeditation, due to past experience with over eager uncaring salespeople. Needless to say that my Daughter and I had no idea of what we wanted. Mr. Ismael was VERY, VERY, VERY, PATIENT, RELAX, and whent behond the call of duty to show us different types of car in the STORM. Florida was under a hurricane watch since yesterday. Today was very brutal in terms of Thunder Storms, heavy rain, lightning, and very cold. Mr Ismael was a complete GENTLEMAN. He did his best to keep us dry, and safe from the elements. What I really liked about this dealership was they were upfront with the price (no non-sense of how much you can afford monthly).
