On February 20th,2011 we went to the central Florida Toyota dealer ship we had an appointment with mr. Thomas Wilson we had looked at a vehicle that we had seen on the Internet a Toyota sienna 2011 when Toyota dealer ship we had an appointment with mr. Thomas Wilson, he greeted us with a friendly attitude, great customer service a warm smile and a great hand shake. He asked what kind of a vehicle are we looking for, what are interested in, what price range and so forth. He told us to follow him to the back side of the complex, to show us what we had in mind. We liked the sienna and tired the vehicle that we asked for he explained everything about the car the mileage, features, how comfortable it was inside, the warranty, briefly told us about the payments, from there on we decide to start the contract we were very pleased we knew we had a great deal great customer service and great help,mr. Thomas guided us to every detail explained everything well about the car the closing cost qulifications and the trade in what we had and at the end of day we walked out with the vehicle a big smile and happy that someone like Thomas helped us out with are first car.
