I have experience with both of their sales and service departments. In general this dealership is run by a bunch of liars. They give you high price on new car and unbelievable low price for trade in, keep departments. In general this dealership is run by a bunch of liars. When going to service they won't recognize their own coupon and just lied about your car won't qualify this or that and you need to pay ridiculous price for a simply replacement. Avoid this place, seriously. And do not be fooled by the fake positive feedback. More

I was told, oh he just walked in. But I have an appointment because you said I needed one? The car comes back, they guy says I'll take it, and they say, sorry, it's unfortunate. My wife and I have looked for a long time and finally found the car for us. And just like that they ignore my appointment have me drive over 30 minutes each way and say, oh well, sorry at least we get our sale. I am sick right now. More

My wife and I went driving looking for a truck later in the evening. Karl was fantastic even though the dealership was close to closing time he was patient and accommodating of all our requests and needs. the evening.
