My partner (DAV- DISABLED】 AMERICAN VET) and I live in San Antonio. We could not find a Stinger that we liked. We saw that they had one we liked here. We did the application online and everything. We were contacted by Edrin (Sales Manager) and Daylon ( sales person). I explained my credit situation abs everything to them. I told them that I did not want to make the trip up there unless it's 100% approval. They guaranteed it would be. I drive up there and they can't approve me. Not only did they waste my day and gasoline on false pretenses but before even trying to see what we could do to get the car, they started selling to somebody else right in front of me! Daylon shows that he is all about money and not his customers. I had other options of financing but I wanted to see what they could do. After we first got turned down he acted like we were xxxx. Just shows he is about money. He talked down to me and about our car like it was trash. I will write on every car site about this horrible experience. The Sales Manager should know what will work and what won't. He SHOULD BE able to tell and he is ABLE to see everything I've told him. Especially if you've been doing it for a long time. So not only were we made to waste time and gas, we got treated like garbage, got the car we wanted sold right in front of us and they tried to shove us into a car we didn't even really want. I couldn't look at any others it was just that one car. I had also gotten a 4000 more certificate from the General Manager and DAYLON says it only applies to GOOD cars. My car is a 2020 Toyota Corolla Hatchback. Yes she has 48000 and a couple of scratches BECAUSE I travel a lot for work! Who are you to judge anybody? I am going to never recommend this place to any veterans and will be posting this any where I can do EVERYBODY can see the way they treat people there! More

Daylon did an incredible job helping us buy our two vehicles and to get the equipment we needed. He even came in on his day off to review our deal. Great person! I arrived a few minutes before the start of the shift and I was helped though I did not have an appointment. It was raining and I really appreciated it. The parts department was not open to get the part I ne I was helped though I did not have an appointment. It was raining and I really appreciated it.
