I went to dealership and they stated 3-4 days for them to diagnose my vehicle but suggested an appt which I setup for the following week. I brought the car in on Thursday and was was told by Aric that it would take 3-4 days to just look at it even with an appt?? He also stated they did not loan cars or rent one for me. My vehicle is still under warranty plus I have the extended warranty. He was arguing with me in front of another client (America’s tire employee). They were just looking at us. Totally rude. Never again. I even called David Lemus and left him a voicemail. It’s been 4 business days and he has yet to call back. This dealership just wants to sell cars but not service them. Don’t go here. The service department is horrid.. More
