Recall work I took my Sorrento in for the undercarriage recall work. My appointment was for 8am so I was the first appointment. While I appreciate that KIA is interested in servicing my vehicle I felt a bit abused on this visit. As was waiting for my vehicle, the service guy came in and told me they went ahead and did a maintenance check and I needed a new air filter... for $49.99! I don't even know how I could verify the dirty filter he showed me actually came from my car! I felt rather taken advantage of..I guess Century 3 KIA felt they had to make some money off me since my visit was all free recall work. Disappointed More

Very quick and easy process I had just lost my car in a hit and run and wasn't sure how I was going to get a new car. I watched the century3 Kia commercial for downplay mentioned assist and went to their website. I got a call the next day got my information ran was told to come out to pick out my car. When I arrived evertone was so friendly, the process was fairly quick and painless, and I drove off in my new 2017 Kia forte lx that I named Rain because it was a sign of new beginnings. More

Would give 0 stars if I could Horrible dealership! My husband and I went there May 11th for a new vehicle. We were there for almost 5 hrs before being told to come back the next da Horrible dealership! My husband and I went there May 11th for a new vehicle. We were there for almost 5 hrs before being told to come back the next day. We went back the next day May 12th, and after about 6 hrs finally got it together and left with the vehicle. They did not set up the Sirus radio, and gave my husband a dead keyfob so I had to drive back the following Monday to get that handled. Then, 10 days later, they contact us and say that the bank denied financing because my husband is considered self employed. Something that was mentioned when we there the 1st day(Thursday). 10. Days. Later. So again, I drove out there to take our tax returns. That was Monday. Here we are, Thursday the 25th, now 13 days later, they call and tell us to bring the vehicle back, and take our trade back. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. EVER! Stay away from this place. Monroeville kia was a lot better in every aspect when I took my sister and father in law there. And this is not the 1st I've heard of them doing this to people I should have listened and went elsewhere. More
awful service - didn't buy I stopped in to test drive a vehicle that was listed on their website. After we attempted to do the financing for said vehicle, the price seemed high (payments.) Not just a little higher than expected, A LOT higher. I knew I did not have great credit, but it still seemed off. I asked what brought the price up so much and was given a non descript answer. It seemed that the saleswoman, Ebony, had no idea, and said 'bank/admin fees." This gave me a bad feeling, and the payment was too high anyway, so at this point I said let's see what else you have in my price range. By the time we found something, (she wanted a chance to 'earn my business') it was LATE. She then proceeded to try to GUILT ME INTO BUYING. She told me that this is how she feeds her baby, she needs to sell this car. Seriously?!No, sorry, it is not my job to make sure your child is fed. That was the last straw. I left. When I went home, I researched a bit what fees were involved in purchasing a car, and this 'admin/bank fee' was only mentioned on leases, which I was not doing. I then pulled out old paperwork from the last vehicle I financed. She was definitely screwing me over. This dealer was very shady, and I feel like the manager was not giving her the full information, so she didn't have it to pass on to me. I was not pleased with her attempt to guilt me into buying, either. I cancelled my appointment the next day via email that night. The manager still called in the morning, and I did not answer, then the saleswoman called. I did not answer the first time, so instead of leaving a message she hung up and called immediately back. I was already leery to give my number. She then left a message. I text her, since I was in another dealership, that I bought elsewhere, cancelled appointment, and to not call again. It was a short, curt message because I was very busy. She responded "Well you don't need to be rude about it, ok?" Which seemed even more over the top. No thank you, I will not purchase here. Also, she kept telling me I was correct and my credit score was VERY low -- never showed me the report, like most do, but said that. I found out today that it was mind 600s, so not as low as she made it seem or I initially thought. More
