Century is King...in King George, VA 3 weeks ago, my 16 y.o. son and I set out on a quest to locate an economically priced but well-maintained Ford Mustang for him as his "first car". Aft 3 weeks ago, my 16 y.o. son and I set out on a quest to locate an economically priced but well-maintained Ford Mustang for him as his "first car". After several days visiting other dealerships and pursuing FSBO Mustangs, we decided to follow up on a besutiful 2000 'stang beimg offered by Century which we located via Autrader.com. We had often driven past this establisment, but never stopped. We were immediately impressed with the lot's inventory - all clean, late-model cars and trucks. The white mustang was everything advertised and more. General manager, Steve Osborne was the finest auto sales spokesman I've ever encounterd in over 30 years of buying cars - extremely professional, genuinely interested in "matching" my son with a quality vehicle and making the sale sale quick and seamless. I trusted Steve and his endorsement of this car..... and neither the car or Steve has let us down! Oh yeah, the inside of the dealership is immaculate!... A great attention-getter! This experience totally restored my faith in the Used Car industry! More

Buying the Service Truck I was in need of a college vehicle. The summer was ending and I had not been successful in my search for a vehicle. I was pressed for time and was nea I was in need of a college vehicle. The summer was ending and I had not been successful in my search for a vehicle. I was pressed for time and was nearly ready to resign myself to the fact that I would be forced to go to college without a vehicle. Not a big deal in most cases; to go to college without a vehicle. But my case was different, I was preparing to leave for University of Wyoming 1900 miles from home. By some miraculous occurrence I happened upon Century Auto Superstore. On their lot sat a machine that I viewed with the reference and sanctity that Raphie viewed the Red Ryder BB gun. The red service truck. Not the most elegant vehicle by the standards of most people, but in my mind it was an amazing specimen. How I longed for the red service truck, the pinnacle of utility! After some time I came to own the red service truck thanks to Len Jackson who was as amazing as the other reviews say. To end this tale I am writing this review from University of Wyoming. The red truck made it across the prairie without the first problem and is currently sitting in the parking lot covered in 4" of snow. The truck and I are long way from Virginian Tidewater, but I thank Len and Bob for doing their part to make the adventure to the west possible. More

New fan and future returning customer We were in dire need of a car, but were not sure that could happen for us due to past difficulties......I went online to Century Auto to browse, and i We were in dire need of a car, but were not sure that could happen for us due to past difficulties......I went online to Century Auto to browse, and immediately saw and fell in love with a Saturn Vue. We thought it was impossible, but made the trip none the less to the dealership...expecting nothing. As soon as we pulled up, that Saturn was sitting right there.....still NOT getting my hopes up, we got out, looked at it, were met by an awesome salesman, Len Jackson, who was extremely professional and friendly. We explained to him our situation....He took us in to meet Steve Osborne. We explained our situation....still thinking we would be turned away....WITHIN 20 MINUTES, Steve had us approved for that Saturn...I couldn't believe it!!! The next day, I brought my new-to-me Saturn Vue home!!! To Steve, Len, Bob, and the rest of the staff at Century Auto, from the bottom of my heart I thank you for all you did for us. I know to you it may have been just doing your job, but to us, well, there are no words.....You are ALL very professional and friendly, and it is clear that you care about the cars you sell and the people you put in them. We are so happy with our experience that we will now be returning customers, and will be suggesting you to ANYONE in need of reliable transportation. Worth The Travel I saw a car that I really liked, I live 2.5 hours from this dealership, decided to take a ride out, and was truly impressed with how great the car I l I saw a car that I really liked, I live 2.5 hours from this dealership, decided to take a ride out, and was truly impressed with how great the car I liked was. It was advertised as looking new, yet over ten years years old. The car did look new, the owner was such a gentleman, I was lost in my travels, so actually the drive took a bit over three hours to reach the dealership, the owner insisted in filling my tank, which was on empty, before is left. I am buying the car I liked, tomorrow. To avoid such a lengthy trip, the salesman is meeting me half way. Lastly, the car was a bit more than I could afford, and I don't like to haggle, the opener sensed this, and just said " don't worry, the car is yours" I have never, in 34 years of driving, and my ninth car purchase, experienced such first class service. Thank you...Donnie . More
