Everyone that I spoke with there was incredibly kind. They were extremely patient and understanding. Jimmy, Taylor, and Mr. Dorgan are the employees that I got a chance to speak with by phone. At such a point when I thought that I would not hear from them again, they reached back out and were more than happy to discuss and explain the aforementioned situation. I can confidently say that you'll be in good hands when transacting with them. Their pricing is also highly competitive depending on the point to which you're willing to negotiate. Buyer Beware I attempted to purchase a used convertible from this dealership. When I went in to test drive the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Since the I attempted to purchase a used convertible from this dealership. When I went in to test drive the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Since the vehicle is not covered under warranty, I requested that the dealership find out what was going on as I did not want to drive a vehicle off the lot with a serious problem. I was told that they would have their service department look at the vehicle and they would call me. They called later to tell me that their service department couldn't identify the code and they didn't want to spend any more money on the car. I offered to take the car, at my own expense, to have it looked at. After several days of no response, the dealership contacted me and relayed that they took the vehicle to another dealership for diagnostic service and it needed new spark plugs. When I inquired as to the cost of the repair, I was told that they hadn't asked. I did the research on my own and told the salesman that I would take the car, at the agreed upon price, if they would put in writing what the issue was with the check engine light. Earlier today I received an e-mail stating that they were rescinding their acceptance of my offer and were going to sell the car wholesale. If this wasn't bad enough, they reposted the vehicle on their website and carguru's this afternoon at a higher price. Buyer Beware More
