Went to get my catalytic converter fixed I took my car because my engine light came on. The diagnosis was that my catalytic converter was messed up. For $1,800, they fixed it. When I would drive and turn the car on, I would hear a loud popping noise. I took it back to the dealer, Cerritos Dodge, and left it there for them to refix the problem. I got a call the next day saying that the part they had fixed, wasn't aligned correctly. In other words, they did not do their job correctly. I am very disappointed because I spent so much money trying to fix it and it seems like I took it to just any mechanic that I could find. Paying a dealership, I would expect quality work. If you can't trust a dealer, who can you trust? More
