I got a good price, but I will avoid them in the future I did the negotiating online as I've done with my past few vehicles and while it's normally eaiser, they tried all of the schemes you'd expect. You'd get calls stating they have the vehicle or that they'd meet your price only to go there and find out they won't. so now you have to renegotiate. My wife had bought a Volvo just months earlier at Volvo of Orange County - we were in and out in 1 hour - Cerritos is an all day ordeal. If you don't handle high-pressure sales tactics, you're best to avoid them. Now their service department is even worse - rude, lazy and incompetent would only scratch the tip of that iceberg. I've started taking my Dodge RAM to a different dealership just to avoid them. DON'T buy their service plan - I made the mistake of doing this. Dodge will contact you later about a lifetime plan that is less than half of the plan they try and sell you. I bought it because I was buying the ecodiesel and it's a brand-new platform. They truly epitomize the sleazy car salesman, while the base price on my truck was good, the lies about their plan being on par with Dodge's was a bold lie and their service department is literally enough to steer clear of this place. More
