I saw a Chevy Silverado online I was looking for and thought it was too good to be true...I immediately started chatting online with someone that advised me the vehicle was there but the dealership had thought it was too good to be true...I immediately started chatting online with someone that advised me the vehicle was there but the dealership had just closed however he could confirm in the morning if it was still available and he did just that....by 9am we were emailing back and forth and I was sold. It was actually better than I was looking for. I went in after work and they had all the papers ready for me and we did a test drive and signed on all the dotted lines.... Took my husbands car in for service on his Charger. We knew there was an issue with the starter so that was our primary concern. We receive a call from Donald Moreno saying that we needed $1000.00 worth o knew there was an issue with the starter so that was our primary concern. We decided to not authorize service and took the car to our own mechanic, who we have been going to for 30 years. We provide mechanic with Dodge's recommendations. In the end all we needed was an $18 starter relay replaced. The service department is totally crooked. More

I dealt with James "JC" Smith in the internet department. The dealership did not have the color in the model and trim combination that my wife wanted in stock, but JC said if we could budge on th department. Well, he is a man of his word and was able to get an awesome deal approved on a Town and Country. Too good a deal in my opinion. He was straight to the point with no high pressure tactics. Hopefully he is there in two years when I'm ready for my Ram truck. Financing did take long, but we were done altogether in three hours. More
