Best Jeep Service Center This service center consistently provides great service. The service advisors are always friendly and professional. They're never pushy and they alway This service center consistently provides great service. The service advisors are always friendly and professional. They're never pushy and they always explain what needs to be repaired/replaced and why. The waiting area is clean and accommodating. I continue to be impressed by their efforts to make their customers completely satisfied. Even though I live closer to another dealership, I will still choose to go to this dealership's service center. More

Bad service I start to have issues with my 2013 dodge caravan as soon as I got it they didn't take care of me which they pretend to take the car in the back and d I start to have issues with my 2013 dodge caravan as soon as I got it they didn't take care of me which they pretend to take the car in the back and didn't do nothing I continously having issues with van I had warranty buthe was useless because they didn't do nothing they kept telling me there wasn't nothing wrong my van kept overheating and checking engine kept going on when it came to calling the receptionist stucks too either I don't get transfer or get hang up due to my van Not taking care of by them my transmission went out stuck with a balance of 10k thank God for LA puente dealership for taking care of me with a new car and taking care of my balance THIS PLACE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL their lairs I even witness a customer complaining about her car she barley got and they wouldn't help her SMH More
