I had an extended warrenty on my truck. I did not have to deal with warrenty company at all. Mr. John Lee made me feel totally at ease. His honesty and professionism totally impressed me. Tony the mechanical technician that did the actual work on my truck was very professional too! I even received phone calls from him and he kept me up to date. I have never received service at such a high level. If you need your vehicle repaired or serviced this is the place to come. Im a satisfied customer...and very happy...Thank you Cerritos Dodge ...your the best. More

My bad experience I took my 2014 dodge journey because the engine light came early that week. I drop off my vehicle on sept 30, plus I requested for an additional servi I took my 2014 dodge journey because the engine light came early that week. I drop off my vehicle on sept 30, plus I requested for an additional service oil and air filter change. the service writer informed me that my vehicle will need part it will be ready by tuesday Oct 4. I pick up my 2014 dodge journey keep in mind the part was installed with no charge, because the vehicle is still under it factory warranty. everything was ok until i pick up my vehicle and saw the receipt for the oil and air filter it cost me just under $ 100. I had this type of service done before but never paid this much for this particular services. I express this to my service writer he came off the total -15 and he told me that prices goes up and down. I am requesting an explanation on why i was charge so much. please for your long term customer Marcus J Owens More
