It took us weeks of chasing after the manager (Thomas Castro), leaving several messages, until we finally got him on the phone to be told we had to fork out another $200 to reprogram the fab and that it wasn't their problem. I guess once the sale is done they can't be bothered with accountability. Accountability and character go a long way when buying a used car. Who knows what else will come up broken they won't want to deal with because it wasn't "certified". Very shady. More

Started out with the car doesn't have remote start but the ad says it does... No Then they took 2000$ of my trade in equity to pay the previous owner DMV fees. They decided to not put my trade in equity the ad says it does... No Then they took 2000$ of my trade in equity to pay the previous owner DMV fees. They decided to not put my trade in equity remainder as a down payment and my interest rate doubled. Also left the previous owner DMV fees off the contract and didn't even notify me of who the loan is through. Not customer satisfaction oriented at all. Lots of smiles and lies More

Worst dealership I ever walked into I cancel warranties that I didn't need and Cerritos Nissan sent me a threatening letter stating I did have a lender and they could take the car back they're trying to bu that I didn't need and Cerritos Nissan sent me a threatening letter stating I did have a lender and they could take the car back they're trying to bullying me by retaliating against me because I want to purchase my own outside warranties which bullying are retaliating against a customer is against the law..when all they have to do is refund the 1920.00 for protection which they fell to mention was only covered for six months and the 1115.00 was if I lose my key now I sign a contract stating I was finance already and I've received an email from Westlake Financial welcoming me to there services and hope I enjoy my 2012 Nissan Murano which means I have a lender.now so why would they cause unnecessary problems are stress to a customer now I will be taking the car to an auto shop to see if I bought a lemon.. Nightmare experience!! Days after purchasing, I kid you not, the car randomly starts itself, then randomly shuts off! Keeps doing it without the key or anything!! It had an undisclosed aftermarket auto st not, the car randomly starts itself, then randomly shuts off! Keeps doing it without the key or anything!! It had an undisclosed aftermarket auto start with a short in it. Very, very dangerous!! I can't drive my kids to school. I took back to the dealer a few days later, we had a nasty argument. When I took it to service, they were basically saying go talk to the used car manger. So I did, his response days after purchasing was, you can't dump the car on back on us. I called corporate, filled a complain report. No use. Then other problems started to pop up. The car started to vibrate and shake really nasty. Turns out the motor mounts are bad! Expensive to fix! The oil and filter hadn't been changed, was really black and nasty. The bottom cover is a little hard to get off, so the lazy dealership didn't bother to change the oil. Another thing they do at this dealer, they put my credit in with what seems like 20 different lenders. Looks really bad on your credit report when people do this. I really had no problem with the buying experience Sant the sales guy was ok. Now I have a long car loan on a non running car. It's worthless and I need it for work. This is very difficult especially during these times. I'm now having to go through the courts, which is long and costly. I would say save your receipts and take them to court, if you plan on buying their backlogged, crusty, stale, problematic used cars. See you in court Nissan! More
