He kept me up to date and even showed me the broken part on my wheel that needed to be replaced and what the hiccup was that I had keys to my wheels and walked me through the process and gave me complete trust my vehicle was being fixed right. When I picked up my vehicle the mechanic Steve actually came out and spoke to me about what was serviced and the one thing that was not under warranty and how I could save money to fix the issue (it was an electronic issue in my after market stereo that needed a replacement fan) and my best options and if I wanted him to fix it to come back and he would take care of it. Steve made me very happy and I left feeling very relieved my car was looked after so in detail. More

Great Sales, Service and Finance Departments I did my work on the web since I was looking for a Chevy Tahoe. I called and spoke to Howie regarding one I had seen on the web. Howie was very receptive, patient and did not apply any pressure on our choice or any part of the transaction. He worked with us and was very understanding. We worked with Tracy on financing, and took the car home. Then we decided not to finance but to send a check. There was no problem. Tracy held the paperwork and when the check arrived destroyed it. We were very pleased and happy with our treatment with everyone.
