I brought my truck in for a humming sound, was told they would put new tires on to see if the sound went away. Was not done, and the issue was not resolved. Ashley was great in keeping me informed on what was wrong on my truck and updated status on when to expect vehicle to be finished. Upon arrival to pickup my truck I wanted to use my GM Rewards points to offs on my truck and updated status on when to expect vehicle to be finished. Upon arrival to pickup my truck I wanted to use my GM Rewards points to offset the cost. Thought this would be an easy approach. Between Ashely (Service Advisor), along with the Service Manager (Jeff) and the Dispatcher (Steve) worked thru numerous phone calls and looking up account to resolve the application, took some time but together they got it done. Will be bringing my truck back as needed for service and maintenance as required. This action from the service department has made me a customer for life. More
