This visit was disorganized, extremely slow (2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation). Took just as long to get the paperwork as to complete the labor. I brought my truck in for a humming sound, was told they would put new tires on to see if the sound went away. Was not done, and the issue was not resolved. Their only goal is to get every vehicle out as quickly as possible, and make sure anything covered under warranty is ignored. More
