Took car in for a recall with an appointment for the service. We left the car and went home and then received a call that the car was ready to pick up. When we got there we were told the car was not fix service. We left the car and went home and then received a call that the car was ready to pick up. When we got there we were told the car was not fixed as they had to order the part! We then got a text message saying our parts were in and we could pick them up.
