Actual service was fast. Problem trying to schedule online. I came in to get my Heated Steering Wheel retrofitted. Was only there for 30 mins and was told my retrofit/recall was complete. Got home and realized I couldn’t find the button for it and it wasn’t workin Was only there for 30 mins and was told my retrofit/recall was complete. Looked it up and they were supposed to replace my entire steering wheel with one that has the button for it. Tried calling the dealership back and never could get a hold of anyone. Took over 1. 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Did not adjust my air pressure once they rotated tires.
