Recall Part Replacement Needed an ignition switch replacement in my Jeep Grand Cherokee as it was recalled. I contacted Champion at 9am in the morning, scheduled appt. for 3p Needed an ignition switch replacement in my Jeep Grand Cherokee as it was recalled. I contacted Champion at 9am in the morning, scheduled appt. for 3pm the same day, and I was all set at 3;20pm for a part replacement that typically takes 1 hour. Great service and great folks. Always great service I have been going to Champion since 2008 with 3 different vehicles for service. Bryan has always been on top of what the car has needed and recommend I have been going to Champion since 2008 with 3 different vehicles for service. Bryan has always been on top of what the car has needed and recommended service. He has also helped out with emergencies of non scheduled appointments, because things happen with out warning. Tina has also been on the ball over the years as has other service professionals. When issues arrived on one of the cars, Jeff the service manager was helpful and we came to a mutual agreement. More
Could have been better.. Paper work states repairs wete made. Ssid windshield wiper was repaired but it floped every where. And they did fix, when I told them the paper work said u replaced it. Clearly that was wrong.I told the sales woman about other repairs that the car needed. Her response was'we cant make a used car new'..after calling and emailing managers they now are fixing it. It will be 3 days and NO loaner. That stinks. Don't know yet to know of the car is a lemon or not. I have tp dign a dovument dtsting i wpnt ve on amd need more repairs. I jppe theyer honest and gic it right. I pray it is a good one. I got a settlement and I can't go out and buy an other one. :/ Of course theyer friendly ,they want a sale!!! More
