We live in Ontario, Canada and set out o We’d like to share the positive experience we had with Phil Wright, our Service Advisor at Champion Chrysler. We live in Ontario, Canada and set out on a month-long trip with our 2-year-old RAM Ecodiesel. We were only 5 hours in when the engine failed near Lansing, Michigan. Extensive work was required to replace the engine. Phil was our main contact, who kept us in the loop with this lengthy cross-border warranty repair. He was always true to his word, calling us back when he said he would, and continually advocated for us with FCA. When we picked up our truck, Phil and his team took the time to review the repair.
