Always great service I have been going to Champion since 2008 with 3 different vehicles for service. Bryan has always been on top of what the car has needed and recommend I have been going to Champion since 2008 with 3 different vehicles for service. Bryan has always been on top of what the car has needed and recommended service. He has also helped out with emergencies of non scheduled appointments, because things happen with out warning. Tina has also been on the ball over the years as has other service professionals. When issues arrived on one of the cars, Jeff the service manager was helpful and we came to a mutual agreement. More
Service Depatment is dishonest and Slow. This dealership is terrible. And their service department is the worst I have ever used. Very Unprofessional I went in for a transmission fluid check. This was my first time using this dealership and my service was terrible. I first spoke to a salesman inside I went in for a transmission fluid check. This was my first time using this dealership and my service was terrible. I first spoke to a salesman inside the store. He treated me like I was an idiot because I asked him how to go about having someone check my fluid. I went to get back in my car to pull around to the service area and one of the salesman parked a Jeep behind my vehicle. I had to get out and ask if they could please move so I could back out. I got into the service station and the first man I talked to basically told me he didnt have time to help me because he was assisting another person and said it would take a while, and cost money! He was not friendly whatsoever and treated me like an idiot. So then I stepped back and waited until another man called me over. He said he was new and had to go ask someone for help. He came out of the service shop and just got right in my vehicle without warning and popped the hood and stuck the dipstick in. The serviceman told me I needed a transmission flush and they could schedule it for me. The new guy told me if I went back and talked to the first man I talked to he would definitely try and sell me a flush for $150.00. What I was wondering was, why did the first guy give me false information telling me I would have to wait a while, and pay for it when it was such a simple procedure? I just left there very unsatisfied with my service. Everyone there seemed very rude and unprofessional and I felt like I was bothering them. Ive never had this experience with any other dealerships before. Pretty poor customer service. More
