Went to a Dr.Appt. and by the time we were out there was a leg brace that we could not maneuver in our Focus. Decided to check out Champion. Lennon met us at the door and it was easy from there. We were "just shopping" at the time and walked out 4 h ours later with just the vehicle we needed and wanted. Even a little more. Lennon was great. Because of the leg brace we needed somethings in particular, he was able to pin point the vehicle on the lot. All preped. Financing was an easy process. Have yet to work with the service dept but were introduced to several by our request. We also had our grandson (13) with us and Lennon was gracious and talked Mustangs with him. He was on cloud nine the whole way back home. We have been Ford people for nearly 50years and this has to have been the best experience in purchasing that we have been through. Lennon has a good people presence. Business like but friendly Keep it up. More

He helped my husband and I make a very difficult decision on a vehicle and we couldn't be happier. After the sale, there were three issues about the vehicle that caused us some concern, and Ryan took care of each one of them. Tom did a wonderful job selling us our car and got us a good price. But he said nothing was wrong with it and that was sure to be a lie. We now know not to ever buy a car from ford again. They told us they would detail it for us and all they did was wash the outside. The inside had stains and dust all over that could of easily be cleaned. This is my second experience in less than a year, In 2012 I purchased a new Ford Edge, and now in 2013 I am leasing a new Ford Escape. Whenever I had the Edge serviced it was handled as courteous, and fast as I ever had at other dealerships. Oh by the way, in the 54 years of driving these are the first Ford's I ever owned. I took my F-150 there in response to a recall notice to have the straps around the fuel tank replaced. They nicked my brake line, did not fix it, and let me drive it away. I went in because my brake master cylinder needed replaced, and I did not have a place that I could do it at school. They called and got approval from my mother to do a ton of work that was not neede replaced, and I did not have a place that I could do it at school. They called and got approval from my mother to do a ton of work that was not needed. I tried to get the old parts, but they had thrown them away already. Yes, it was the same day. I got the car back after paying a terribly high price for work I later found out they didn’t do. I was so mad that I took the car apart in a parking lot near my apartment. I then had proof that some of the work was not done. Upon showing it to them, they claimed someone must have got under my hood and not properly tightened the bolts holding my intake together. They offered to give me a credit, which I still haven’t used, because they did not grease the front caliper slides. Apparently they did not think someone would come by and remove the rubber boots and wipe the grease away. Please stay away from this dealer at all costs as they will blatantly lie right to your face.
